Andrew Linton taught an alternative firing workshop in Columbia, South Carolina for the Midlands Clay Art Society.

hand-builders learned as much in two days as we would have learned in one semester at the local university.   We had received our money’s worth by noon on the first day ... 	Raku Workshops: Offered to students at the end of each eight-week class session. A donation of $6 is requested for gas. Each student is allowed a 10x10x10 space in the kiln. Each workshop is usually accompanied by pot-luck appetizers and refreshments. Each student is encouraged to come out for the fun. Two new dates have been set for Raku firing. Our Raku Frenzy will be on Sat. 2/23 (12-6pm) and Sun 4/20 (3-9pm) [ Raku ]

	Cone 10 Gas Workshops: Offered to advanced students. The schedule remains flexible. Be sure to talk with Andrew for more details. The fee is $10 for a 10x10x10 space in the kiln.  [ Cone 10 ]
